About my Garden
My produce comes from organic seeds and growing methods, including companion planting, crop rotation, and pollinators from my home apiary.
All my produce is grown on only half an acre, without herbicides or pesticides, and is weeded by hand.
Preservation
I use canning, dehydration, and freeze drying to safely preserve delicious, nutrient rich food. I follow the safe food preservation guidelines of the National Center for Home Food Preservation.
